Case Study

The developer needed to clearly communicate the project’s spatial strategy, unit layout, and overall development potential at a stage where the design was still evolving and decisions were being actively refined. At this phase, technical drawings alone were not sufficient to convey how the townhouse units would function, feel, or differentiate themselves within the local market. There was a need to align internal teams and external stakeholders around a shared understanding of the project before moving forward.
