A four-villa development lives or dies on how clearly it reads to the people funding and buying it. The client needed Ricewaves to be understood as one considered scheme, not four separate houses while showing how each villa (1, 2, 3a, 3b) holds its own identity, value, and market position. At this stage the priorities were to communicate:
