The project was undergoing a redesign, and the client needed to clearly explain the updated concept to multiple stakeholders while working with limited time and evolving design information. The development had already gone through an earlier design direction, but changes in layout, massing, and positioning required a reset. At this stage, the client needed to communicate:

  • How the revised layout functioned
  • How the villas would feel, not just look
  • Why the redesign strengthened the project’s market potential
