We turned early concepts into clear, easy-to-understand visuals that allowed stakeholders to quickly grasp the layout, atmosphere, and overall direction of the project.

Rather than focusing on fine details, we prioritized:

• Clear massing and site organization
• Readable villa layouts
• A strong hospitality-focused look and feel

This allowed the client to communicate the idea confidently while keeping the design flexible.

• Exterior renderings showing overall form and character
• Interior visuals illustrating room layouts and guest experience
• Aerial and masterplan-style views explaining site organization
• Axonometric and diagram visuals to clarify circulation and layout
• Short animation content to support presentations

In total, 15–20 visuals were produced to support both internal planning and external communication.

The visuals helped investors and team members understand the project faster, align on the concept earlier, and move forward with greater confidence in the development direction.

By making the project understandable at an early stage, the client was able to reduce uncertainty, support investor discussions, and position the development more clearly within Bali’s hospitality market.
