Case Study
The project combined residential and hospitality uses, and the client needed a clear way to explain how the overall development worked before moving forward.
At this early stage, the design was still forming. Without clear visuals, it was difficult to show:
- How different parts of the complex were arranged
- How large the development would feel on site
- How units and shared spaces related to each other
This made early discussions around planning, positioning, and sales less effective.
